Program Managers

The Program Manager will work as part of an engineering/development team, acting as the driving force behind our products, from initial concept and design to testing and release. This person will be responsible for competitive product analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, composing design specifications, putting together a development team, maintaining and tracking development schedules, implementing code and communicating development processes to his/her team. The Program Manager will also help organize all releases with Logistics and the Quality Assurance department.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will have program management experience in a technical environment; experience gathering software requirements; participation in an entire software product development life-cycle; project scheduling skills/experience; strong communication skills are necessary; practical technical writing and/or editing experience is preferred; experience in developing an intranet site for communication and scheduling purposes is a plus; experience in software development for the Window's architecture required. BS in CS or equivalent experience (4+ years)
